Cooking Lobster: My Techniques

Lobster is a delicacy that is savored worldwide. From time to time, I crave the lovely lobster tails of Red Lobster. It's the best sea food restaurant. But occasionally I really don't want to go out to have that delightful meal. So those times, I prepare lobster in the home. Do not let the task deceive you. It's less difficult than it would seem, and preparing lobster is both satisfying and yummy. There a wide range of tricks and tips for cooking these delectable shelled guys, and I am going to cover a number of them here. You’ll recognize that you can enjoy lobster much like Red Lobster right in your house. I know, it's difficult to beat a restaurant like Red Lobster, given that they have a fire barbeque grill, they have got the knowledge, however you can certainly prepare a delicious lobster in your house. First, boil your lobsters about 3-5 minutes to get it nicely precooked. Use a similar arrangement as pointed out above. Then take it out and chop the lobster in two along the center. You need it sliced up and down. Rub the meat with salt, ground pepper and olive oil. I favor organic olive oil. Right after cleaning and oiling your bbq grill, make sure it's set to medium-high heat. Next position the pieces on the bbq grill with the shell part down. I know the idea would be to put them on meat-side down, but you do definitely not do this there. A good idea also is to brush oil on the lobster meat whilst it's grilling to keep it succulent. Next remove lobsters and savor with butter, lemon-butter sauce or another garnish you select.

Cracking Lobsters and Enjoying
